Club membership terms.

I acknowledge that I am authorizing Waters Edge Winery to automatically charge my credit card monthly for stated membership dues plus tax. Special requests will be held to specific thresholds and approved on a case-by-case basis. It is my responsibility to notify WEW of any phone, email, or credit card changes before processing. Dues can be refunded up to 3 months if no services are used during that 3 months. All membership benfits may be shared by spouses.
