Club membership terms.

I acknowledge that I am authorizing Waters Edge Winery to automatically charge my credit card for a minimum six months of Membership with a stated dollar value and bottle commitment. Special requests will be held to specific thresholds and approved on a case-by-case basis. It is my responsibility to notify WEW of any phone, email, or credit card changes before processing. If I cancel before a full six month cycle, I am responsible for an early termination fee of $60. This early termination fee does not apply to gift memberships. All membership benfits may be shared by spouses.
